Orders

The product I want is out of stock, will it be back?

We produce and stock all our products ourselves, so if something is out of stock, it usually means it’s very popular! We’re working hard to restock as quickly as possible, but timing depends on production schedules.

How can I check my order status?

We send updates via email when your order ships and delivers. For deliveries, you can track your package through Evri at www.evri.com.

I haven’t received my item. What should I do?

If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, please reach out to us at marketing@littlebluebottle.co.uk and we’ll investigate right away.

Something’s wrong with my order (wrong or missing item). What now?

We’re so sorry! Please email marketing@littlebluebottle.co.uk with your order details and we’ll get the correct item sent out or resolve the issue promptly.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all UK residential and commercial addresses.

How much does shipping cost?

Evri 2-Day Delivery (2–3 business days): £2.99
Evri 1-Day Delivery (1 business days): £5.99
Orders £40+ FREE Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

We process and ship orders within 24 hours (Mon–Fri). Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will ship on the next working day.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, email us immediately at marketing@littlebluebottle.co.uk and we’ll update your shipping address.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Because we process orders quickly, changes are only possible within 1 hour of placing your order during business hours. Email us right away at marketing@littlebluebottle.co.uk and we’ll try to help.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes! If you’re not completely happy, you can return your product in its original condition. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs in this case. Contact us at marketing@littlebluebottle.co.uk and we’ll guide you through the process.

Do you offer free returns?

If your product is faulty, damaged during shipping, or not as described, we offer free returns within 14 days of purchase.

How do I start a return?

Email us at marketing@littlebluebottle.co.uk with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll take care of the rest.
