Returns & Refunds Policy
At Little Blue Bottle, your satisfaction matters to us. If something is not quite right, we are here to help. Please read through our policy before requesting a return.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. However, due to hygiene reasons, only unopened and unused products in a resellable condition are eligible.
- Items must be unopened, in original packaging, with all hygiene seals intact.
- Any free gifts received must also be returned.
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- We must receive the returned item within 14 days of your return request.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email marketing@littlebluebottle.co.uk with the following:
- Your order number
- Full name
- Shipping address
- Reason for return
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please contact us at marketing@littlebluebottle.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item, packaging, and shipping label
- A close-up photo or video showing the issue (if applicable)
Refunds
Refunds are available only for eligible returns that meet our policy requirements. We do not offer replacements or exchanges.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- A refund confirmation email will be sent once processed.
Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account. PayPal refunds are typically processed immediately.
Exchanges & Replacements
We do not offer exchanges or product replacements. Only refunds are provided for eligible, unused, and unopened items returned within the specified timeframe.
Note: We cannot accept or refund items that have been opened or used. If such items are returned, they will not be refunded or resent.
